Is there a reason that every time I encounter your drivers in Iowa out on 63 South that they refuse to turn off their highbeams? You guys have a policy that tells them to keep them on, thus violating the laws regarding having highbeams on facing oncoming traffic? If this continues to happen I will gladly start calling Iowa State Patrol on your driver's. As a fellow truck driver, there is absolutely no excuse for the dangerous and reckless practice of blinding oncoming drivers. Your guys need to be more professional out here.

A delivery was made from Saia. And I have to say the delivery truck driver was the kindest person you ever meet. I am so happy that they delivered my kiln for me today. They were responsive they answer questions and they helped you as best as they can. They keep you up to date on the tracking code. They delivered my package very quickly and the package was not damaged. They took very good care of it. I highly recommend people to use their service.
