        Dru was exceptionally helpful. She got on the phone to match the return location for the truck and trailer when the pickup location had mistakenly made them different. This saved me $450.

        What ever you do ,do not rent from this place they are scum bags. They totaled a pick up we rent out that was perfect when we dropped it off because of a disagreement with the shady manager that tried to charge us extra for a dolly that they told us we can use.

        My furniture was damaged inside the Ubox container. I purchased insurance for $18 to protect against such incidents, but the insurance provider declined reimbursement. Consequently, I must now cover over $500 in damages for items they broke in transit, despite having purchased the insurance. Would put 0 stars. Use another moving company!
