Philip was awesome. He was very upfront and honest about houses we looked at. If it didn't fit our needs, he told us. If the house was in need of too many repairs, he told us. Very responsive. I would highly recommend working with Philip. He got us into the right home.

Phillip was awesome! He was with us from the beginning of our house search. We werent sure exactly what we were looking for, and Phillip really made the process easy. He was very quick to schedule showings for houses we were interested in and gave honest opinions on the homes we looked at. At the end of the day, we landed ourselves a beautiful home in our price range, and we cannot thank Phillip enough. 100% recommend!

As first time home buyers Philip was an amazing realtor! We had started with another realtor that wasnt exactly meeting our standards and seemed to not be showing us what we wanted. Philip was so much better, gave us his honest opinions without pushing to change our minds and helping us to get to where we wanted. We finally signed on a house this morning and couldnt be happier with where we are. Highly recommend Philip for all home buyers.

We had a wonderful and really easy time getting through buying our first home. Philip helped with every step, answered any questions we had, and many we didnt even know to ask. He helped us put together an offer that fit our budget while also making it enticing enough for the sellers. Would absolutely recommend you let him help you find a home!
