So far we've had a great experience with John at Exit Real Estate. This buying experience has been easy from the beginning to the end. He answered all of our questions and has gotten us from offer to close in less than a month! Would definitely recommend.

Agents dont show up on time. Ignorant of home loan requirements. I learned more from google about buying a home for the first time than I did from the agent. Broker was unable to get a simple easement signed. An easement required by the lender that was not identified until days before closing. Closing delayed 4 times for a total of a month. I question their certifications all together.
Two months, a thousand dollars, and my patience and sanity totally wasted.
I dont know much about the real estate business, but I dont think right and professional looks like what they provide.
If I could give zero stars I would.
For the love of God dont work with them.
