Wash bay was being cleaned as we waited and being our first time it was a pleasant experience. The raised wash table was wonderful for our backs and all that was needed within reach. Well done!

Great experience. Water was warm, shampoo is available (we brought our own as it was our first time), room was clean and the price reasonable. Will definitely use this service in the future.

Great dog wash spot! Very clean. Love that you get the whole room and can lock the door (the other one I've been to was just stalls, so you could have several dogs in other stalls barking/crying/etc) I did bring my own shampoo due to not liking the diluted solution at the other dog wash I have tried. The shampoo they provided here seemed alright but I prefer the one I brought. The blow dryer and vacuum both worked great and overall I will definitely be back! Why use the dog wash at all when I have my own shampoo, you may ask? Well, I would suggest YOU try to throw a 90 lb german shepherd into a bathtub at home and try to bend over to bath him. The ramp/table are super convenient and much better on my back. The water hose is far nicer than me tryer to use cups/buckets in the bathtub, but the water is warmer and a better pressure than trying to use my outside hose on him on the ground. And- the best part- if his fur goes flying I do not have to deep clean my bath tub. I can just use the hose to rinse the wall and leave; no fur-clogged drains for me! These dog washes are so nice for when he needs a bath but doesn't need the full groomer experience.
