        Im so disappointed. I was just in Express at the mall in Cedar Rapids Iowa and not one associate approached me. I would have bought at least three pair of jeans and somebody wouldve helped me. Unfortunately this is not the way it used to be but now I know not to shop there anymore. There were plenty of staff members working and not a single one would open a dressing room for me to try on as they were too busy talking to help anyone in the store. Very disappointing
