Office Express

Not sure why any office supply company staff would be completely confused by the question of whether or not they have paper for sale. Borderline rude. Even employees at the front desk of ‘The Office’ seem to know what paper is and would offer at least one or two details in their answer. Five stars seems a bit over-rated on their customer service skills.

Ben and the team at Office Express do an incredible job keeping up with all of our chaotic requests and last-minute orders. They offer good prices (including price matching - my fav!) and great service. Cannot recommend them enough locally. Thanks, OEOP!

Great customer service. Delivery is usually next day and he even puts my copy paper by our different machines. Great from start to finish!

I cannot express enough how satisfied I am with this company and its exceptional customer service. On multiple occasion's the stuff has gone above and beyond to ensure we receive our correct order and promptly. Their online ordering is very user friendly. You can save your favorite items which saves time on future ordering. If they do not have something in stock, they email me within minutes to let me know or to offer sooner delivery for a similar product. They have competitive prices and are really willing to go the extra mile to keep your business! Kathy is such an amazing person. If I could give her 10 stars I would! Also, Brandon and DJ, who deliver to us every time are so polite. When they pull up, I know they will walk in with a smile and a positive attitude! It's refreshing! Thank you, Office Express!!!
