Hi Tea

All the staff greeted me kindly and everytime I've been in there I've had nothing but amazing customer service...until now. A employee with bright dyed red hair was asked by one of their very busy coworkers to help make drinks but he ignored her and walked out. Very rude and bad work ethic.

I've always had good service and quality drinks at Hi Tea...well that is until this last week. I found a fingernail clipping in my drink. I was MORTIFIED. I will unfortunately NOT be coming back.

I just started drinking bubble tea! I had another spot but decided to give this place a try ! So glad I did ! I also decided to try Lychee tea and it's by far my favorite! Its really good and they gave me plenty of popping boba! The lady there was so nice and I love how they pack the tea. I will be adding this to my new favorite spots. Seriously try it! I would recommend 100% I can also confirm this place is very clean and smells nice. It is settling and comfy when you walk in ! I highly suggest coming here if you want a nice place to relax and read a book or work on school work.

The boba here is hard and expired. It's unclean. I've been told directly from the staff they do not receive their tips. The tea is mediocre and it's extremely expensive
