Kids First has given us the gift of repair and reconciliation. Ms. Judy uses her incredible skills to create space for students, teachers and staff to work through conflict and come out the other side with more skills and confidence to move forward. Her circles have been transforming for our building.

Parents Beware! Kids 1st exec leadership and lawyers have a long history of choosing sides with parents, not remaining neutral with parents, and representing one of the parents in the court of law rather than the best interests of the child. Please contact me directly via Facebook messenger for documentation regarding the destructive involvement of kids 1st in the family. Note also that despite being a non profit org they have a tight conflict of interest relationship with the local courts, and legally can and do court order payment from the parent with the higher income.

Kids first Law center has created an excellent restorative justice program for our middle school. Students are given a safe space to express their feelings and concerns they have with other students and our staff members. This has helped immensely in forming relationships between students to students and students to teachers!

Having a Kids First representative is such a blessing for our middle school. Students have learned how to resolve conflict and speak openly and respectfully to and with the adults in their lives. As a teacher, the restorative circle process has been imperative in my relationship with students. Time and time again, I see complete 180s in behavior and relationships with students after circles. I cant recommend it enough.
