I was a licensed property casualty insurance agent for 4 years I called Kevin based on a previous owners relationship after dreadfully purchasing property right before the derecho. 4 properties since 2020 insured. emails requesting the exact same coverage I had with united fire (I.e. $1,000 deductible) for one building and $10k for the new ones. he sent me a policy for $10,000 on all 4 I lost $18,000 on the one property (2 claims) because of trusting him, I even have emails asking to change the 1 property after the first claim, he said he couldnt with westbend I didnt care what company he followed up in September about offering to switch a little late. Also STILL fighting westbend for payment, havent heard from him on any of the claims for 3 properties. I highly recommend looking for a different insurance broker.
