They were able to fit us in the same day we called! They quickly determined that our furnace needed a new board and got it ordered. As soon as the board arrived at their office they were out at our house to install it. Other companies said the next time they were available was a day after Air Comfort has everything fixed. On top of it being quick and easy, the price was lower than expected. Very happy! Will use them again the next time we need help. June of last year had air comfort, install a furnace and air conditioning unit and some duct work. This home is a renovation project. When the first cold spell happened in November, I went to turn on the furnace and nothing. Air comfort had not hooked it up. I had to put space heaters in the basement to keep the pipes from freezing. It took them three days to get out there and correct this. Now we are at the end of the renovation. I have installers, putting in carpet and other flooring and they tried to turn on the AC and nothing. they did not hook that up either. They sent out a tech he confirmed it was not wired to the box. The electrical box is right there for the AC. He said he can't wire it that's not what he does. So essentially their position is this "we're going to sell you a furnace and AC unit installed for $10,911.00. But we're not going to hook it up test it and ensure it works properly".
