It is more of a hassle to work with this company then it is to have their services. The only reason I participate is my company gives me a heavy discount on my health insurance. Last year I got together a 4 person team to join one of their events only to sit at the place they said they were going to do weigh ins for 45 min to have nobody show up and we had to all go to there facility to get check in then they did not have a scale that had the capacity to weigh in one of my members. Every time I have to go this website there are issues. We were told to go and sign up for an Event when I went to the page the Event was not yet available but it didn't say that it just said no events. When I called them on it they said it will not show for an other month. I went back in a month I was still not able to find it when I called and asked they said oh that is because we changed how it was worded. Nice of them to let us know. Today I receive and email that said my results were back to login to look at them. They did not have a link in the email but I figured no big deal I should just be able to go to their web page and sign in. I go to the site and there is no clear place to login. I search the web and finally come up with a login only to find out for the second time this year my login is not valid and I have to sign up for a new one. I put in my email and hit the button to get assigned a new password and 5 hours later I still have no new login or password available to sign in and see my results. Total waste of time.
