Used A1 for commercial collection and it was a nightmare. They have very damaged trucks that leak all over, they missed pickups often and had tons of breakdowns, excuses, driver issues, etc. they became so unreliable that we ended a relationship. Eventually I needed service again and even the quote was poorly written and full of misspellings. I had a terrible time even getting someone to answer or reply! How are they in business????! To this day when I see their trucks I wonder how they are even on the road. They havent bought new ones since 1970.

Office admin is impossible to work with. We live in a development an each house pays a different fee.  We have beedn paying 25% more than neighbors that moved in years after we did.
