Don and Judy did a fantastic job to revitalize and set-up my pool table. They showed me why and how aspects of the table (mainly the rails) that needed repair. Don approached installation methodically with the precision of a surgeon! His attention to detail resulted in a solid installation. Aside from his technical prowess, he as well as Judy were great to talk to. During the installation, Don provided a very information narrative on the the whys and hows of the install as well as common mistakes.
I certainly look forward to returning to the store for supplies now that the table is operational!

Great people and great reliable service. Don took down my family's pool table from the basement and brought it to my basement. This table is so special to me. My dad had it custom made in Beverly Hills in the 80's. It was a big job. Later I had a water pipe burst and Don came out and saved the table too. Always a pleasure. Thank you Don and Judy!!!! -J

Very professional, absolutely covers every detail pricely and does not miss a thing. They are currently restoring an 1898 Brunswick Phister 9ft table for me. I am glad I chose Cedar Rapids Billards.

Absolute fantastic experience with Don and his wife. Don first came out to help me with an install of a table that I bought from another vendor. We unpack and there's damage unseen. He gets the company on the phone and basically says that he's been doing business with them for 35 years and need to make it right. Full refund. Then I buy a table from CRB, and his wife was an absolute gem. Helped me pick my fabric and deterred me from getting cues that were all the same weight. Don shows up and unloads everything and deadpan says "you want me to install this too?". Priceless. After about 5H, the final product is a masterpiece. Coming from nothing and having this in my house is amazing. The table is perfectly level. I almost lost my mind shooting the first rack.
