House of Carpets Complete Flooring Center

Now that we've had our new carpet from House of Carpets for over six months, I'm following-up to say how much we love the new carpet! We appreciate Tom and others from HOC for their expertise and professionalism. The process from the beginning: decision-making, removal, installation, to this time of enjoying our purchase was and is pleasant.This business is legitimate. Costs are reasonable, and the service is very professional.

From start to finish recarpeting our rental property was a great experience and pricing was reasonable! Tom and the office staff at HOC were accommodating during my material selection process. The installer, Nef, was on time, and professional, did quality work, and cleaned up after they were done. I 100% will use them again!

Our new carpet delivered and installed right on schedule. The installer, Ky did a very professional job from arrival at our home through his installation and clean-up. He was friendly, upbeat and our carpet looks great. Our sales rep, Tom was helpful in educating us about the many carpet options and helped us navigate the stores vast offerings without pressure. This was a positive shopping experience and installation. Very pleased.
