I have only just started working with Aston Carter, however I feel more comfortable with them than with any other agency I have worked with. The agent Maddy that I have been working with has been amazing! I have not felt like she was juggling many different people at once and I was just one on the list like I have with previous agencies, instead she has made me feel like I was the ONLY one on her list and she has been by my side and in my corner every step of the way. Not only did she help me land an amazing job very quickly that fit all of the needs that I explained I needed, but she has stayed in touch with me and has politely walked me through any questions Ive had and followed up to make sure assessments were completed on time so I didnt affect my start date. She has never rushed me through a conversation or made me feel like Ive asked too many questions and always there when I call. Madison is great!!! She helps me with everything I need and she always answers when I have a question. Even if she is busy shell take time out of her day to call me back. Im grateful for getting Madison as my agent!
