        Couple of negative experiences, bought a jacket, loved the jacket, perfect fit. Used kleenex in the pocket, ick. Bought a handbag, for whatever reason i didnt notice the overwhelming stench of perfume until i got the bag home, 2x ick. I'll never step foot in that shop again.

        The Daisy is my absolute favorite place to shop for clothing. I get compliments on everything I buy there. I take all out of town guests to the Daisy & they LOVE IT.

      Hi Meri, We take great pride in our store and work hard to make the shopping environment an enjoyable experience. Cleanliness is a top priority for us. We do have a lot of inventory to check so occasionally these things do slip our inspections! Our consignment items are non-refundable though there may be some situations in which we will work with the customer as best we can. We do however, require the item and a receipt for those occasions. We do recall that your purchase was made a month or so prior to you coming in to ask for a refund without the handbag or it's receipt. We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience at the Daisy and do hope you reconsider our store in the future.
