He goes above and beyond to get the job done. Fixed some mistakes I made on my first build and made sure everything was working tip top. Cleaned my pc, helped with wire management and also swapped my operating system to ssd even though that was not the reason I brought it in. Reasonable rates and was a quick turn around. I will be back for any other issues.

Absolutely phenomenal service! I had just bought this computer from FB marketplace, and the factory reset was not completed properly from the previous owner. I kept getting a "failed to install windows" message on startup. I took it in at 3pm, and I received a call the next day at 1pm to pick it up! I was offered 2 different services: ~$90 for a simple reset, or ~$160 for Windows 11 (previously had Windows 10) all drivers and updates done, all the apps/office drivers/updates done, and a one week free trial for support in case anything happens. Kay also took the time to COMPLETELY clean out my computer, and fixed a broken leg on one of the corners. I know this place has been around for a long time now, at least 15 years that I can think of, and I have heard good things about them from others as well. I will recommend to anyone!
