Poor interdepartmental communication is why I came in 2 additional times. Taxes not done correctly. Could have all been avoided. The firm does not hold themselves accountable.

        Made an appt with no extra time to waste. They knew it was a very important meeting to have then cancelled day before with no rescheduling basically said they didn't care. Go somewhere else. Very unprofessional.
