        I haven't been here long but so far things are great. Kim is very down to earth and very friendly. The property is clean and the staff I've met are also very pleasant people.

        Management is responsive and flexible; Kim in particular is very friendly and helpful if you're having any sort of problem. Maintenance is fast to respond and fast to replace/repair anything that breaks. Overall, an excellent place to live.
