It's taken me a long time to write this review. I was just so blown away at how unprofessional this veterinary clinic was. They recommended I put my dog down within the first 15 minutes. This is after they tried to muzzle her and physically manhandled her. She's deaf and half blind and was terrified. She's thriving today under different veterinary care. Go to Taylor Veterinary Hospital. They're just down the road, and it's night and day how much better they are than cedar valley veterinary clinic. Seriously, if you care about your animal, do not go here.

Do not take your pet here for any serious concerns! Back in August of 2023 we brought our dog in for some swelling in his face. They said it was a bad tooth that would need pulled. Little did we know this was the start of a long list of vet visits that would end with us using a different vet to find out he has cancer that Cedar Valley fully overlooked. Cedar Valley did the absolute bare minimum when it came to testing even though we were willing to pay for anything that needed done. After their biopsy I was told that the mass was non-cancerous and should go away on its own. The new vet was utterly shocked to see that they did the most simple biopsy that doesnt even test for all forms of cancer and never once did an xray. I wrongfully trusted them to do whatever was needed for my pet, and now we are past the point of surgery being an option. Had they disclosed that the biopsy they ran didnt test for all cancers I would have taken him elsewhere sooner. Dont make the same mistake I did if you care for your pets!
