        My partner had a medical marijuana license for multiple disabilities. The immature employees commented on their smell. We knew what they were talking about because they were very rude and straightforward about it. Bullying people for being disabled and their medication is not okay.

        The staff always seems too be busy.They are in their own conversation and in their own world. Very seldom am I greeted with a friendly"hello" or " how can I help you? "The staff is too occupied with their own lives...they MUST BE REALLY BUSY.I only go in there because my daughter's think they might find things. Truth is we seldom do.

        We brought 3 totes of clothes into the store, all were Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, etc. we had multiple UNI clothes that were never worn a new leather jacket, and multiple other items of clothing. We were told that it would take 1.5 to 2 hours for them to go over our stuff and we said that was fine so we left to go eat, not even 5 minutes later they said they were done and couldnt give us anything for our clothes as they were outdated and not in style. We brought the totes back and opened them up and nothing was even touched. They didnt even look through any of them as the clothes were what they were when we left. Looks like they saw what was at the top and closed the tote. I put it on Facebook marketplace and am already getting offers on all of my UNI gear so they cant really say that they were outdated and out of style

      Joy, I'm so very sorry that you did not feel you were treated respectfully. A lot of our staff is young, but should not be talking about ANY customers in the store. We apologize.
