Twice now I've gotten a call on the day of pick up that my dog wouldn't be doing the groomer because they had a "family emergency." While picking up our dog, another person was picking up their dog from the groomer there, so I feel I'm being lied to every time.

Izzy was way overdue for a haircut and very shaggy bc her regular groomer could not fit her in for 2 months. Fast Tracks got her in right away and she looks adorable

My dog was adopted from an abusive situation and since I've had him (over 2 years) has always been sweet with people but reactive and anxious around other dogs, and appears aggressive with dogs when on a leash. After moving to Iowa in the last year I tried to find dog care for when we needed to be away and could not take Rizo. After getting socially approved for Fast Tracks, the very first time we boarded there my dog got in a tangle with another dog resulting in antibiotics and a trip to the Fast Tracks on-call vet. (This happened while we were out of town and every step was explained clearly to us by phone). FT communicated well and urged me to consider day care one day a week to improve socialization. It worked! Even the first time he returned he was not hesitant about going back, and his comfort level when passing other leashed dogs he is more curious than threatened. And he loves going to day care. Most people hesitate leaving their pets in others' care, but I trust and highly recommend the staff at Fast Tracks.
