Super 8 by Wyndham Cedar Falls IA - University

Great location. Hot breakfast, pets allowed for a fee of $15. Rooms are clean and tidy. Fridge microwave and TV. Lots of room. Beds are soft with many pillows. They give plenty towels and hand towels. Free WiFi and great customer service upon arriving and leaving. There also is plenty of parking in their lot. Pool is open until 11pm. Will be back to stay as prices are very reasonable for what you recieve for your stay with Super8! Had to add; they do have very knowledgeable staff as well and courteous! Rooms: Spacious, clean, tidy Food & drinks: Hot food (eggs, sausage etc.)is served for breakfast as well as cold( muffins, oatmeal etc) Plenty Coffee, orange juice, tea even I think Unlimited fruit (oranges apples etc.)

Okay, Okay, I know its a Super 8. I dont make it a habit of staying at them but this was a quick road trip to Cedar Falls, not budgeted for so I wanted to stay somewhere that wouldnt rock that money boat for the month. I do know a full breakfast is not offered at Super 8s but this one does it anyway just because they think its good to offer. The staff was extremely polite and genuinely helpful right from the moment we arrived. Had an issue with our room tv ( the amenities are definitely older) and Brody, the front desk employee, came right down and fixed it right away. The rooms are very basic, beds are a little lumpy but still firm enough and comfortable, and the bathroom quite small. However, the place was very clean. The whole hotel was. So my five stars is because despite its age and limitations the staff and the way they care for the people and the place deserve it. Great price for the service we received.
