Hilton Garden Inn Cedar Falls

The staff was kind. However the room did not smell good at all and the window in 409 had a something on it and you could not see out of it. Had a banquet saturday night seven dollars for a bottle of beer and i got a southern comfort with sprite and it was ten dollars for a plastic cup.. I know they need to make money but you don't need to take advantage of people either.

We booked our trip on Expedia to stay overnight from our trip. We left and then saw that this hotel charged us separately without telling us even though we already paid them via Expedia. Doing this caused us to be out double the amount of our stay plus more. The rooms smelled gross and they need new beds. The bathroom door doesnt close either.

After paying $230 for a room,,, my kids were chased out of the fitness room for no reason. They were being supervised and not playing around. They were using equipment properly and not being obnoxious. After waking kids up for breakfast, to find out its $15 a person (not worth it),,,decided to go for a swim (at 8:30am) to find its closed till 9 and not cleaned from the night before. Piles of towels still on the floor and towels not restocked. The pool is pretty small. The hot tub is just about the same size as the pool. And we were cold all night cuz the heat wouldnt turn on. It was stuck at 69 all night. Rooms: Nice but would have been better if we werent cold all night due to heat not working properly Food & drinks: Too expensive.
