I recently opened a new account with Dupaco and have been treated very fairly all the way through. It has been easy to log in on their online banking and I look forward to moving everything over to them in the future. Congratulations on your new location in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Thank you.

I had a DECENT motor vehicle loan with Dupaco but when I tried to go for a mortgage application @Chris Hurley literally took all of my information, I went in to give all my financials, I called multiple times, spoke with his superiors and yet still....never received interaction back. What a waste of time. I can't wait to just pay off my truck and be done with this annoying lack of customer service.
