there is only one hairstylist.
Only, one.
I was grossly overdue for a touch up. Im a naturally dark brown, nearly black hair. I asked for dimensionality.
I now have bright, copper-penny highlights, that, when faded, will turn an unacceptable pink; meanwhile, the rest of my hair is dishwater brown.
I cant go back and have this fixed, bc theres no one else!
Then, reviewing my receipt, my coupon wasnt applied, and I did not receive my free gift. Beyond disappointed.
