Merge Urban Development Group

I just got done with an interview with this company. What I learned was pretty surprising. These guys move into areas classified as needing economic support and development while utilizing tax breaks. I spoke with one of the owners of this company and she stated they are usually the most expensive units in the markets where they invest. This philosophy is what's causing the housing shortage. And speaking with the leadership I understood that they're not out to help people in these areas they're out to make a profit. This is unfortunate.

I have worked with Merge Urban Development Group on a number of their new construction multi-family projects. Their team has been extremely easy to work with all around; wonderful, kind and thoughtful individuals with extreme professionalism. The Merge team puts their entire hearts into their projects, communities and residents- on a construction side, they are frequently going above and beyond to analyze every single detail of their builds to maximize residents happiness in their spaces. I highly recommend any of their properties for future residents looking for somewhere to call home. I also highly recommend the Merge Urban Development Group as a wonderful group to work with in any and all capacities.
