They will never text or call you back about any issues you have with anything if they do its minimum 2 days. Rent from anywhere else. Pay the money to live somewhere else. If you do live here make sure you fill out your 60 day notice that you are moving out. They will take every last penny and it will absolutely not be going to better the apartment. You can tell mine has water damage and mold in the vent. There was a hole in the wall by the washer with mold growing in it for months no fix. You can feel the breeze through the windows, theyre as old as the building. My carpet has so many huge red stains in it from previous tenants. Dishwasher was clogged and continues to probably about 20 years old. Garbage disposal has reeked since I moved in. This is a full priced unit. If two months of rent was put back into the apartment it could be so much better. Doubt it will ever happen. Plenty of other options for living, choose them.

*UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM* We applied for a rental that was advertised on their website. The advertisement stated the unit had an upgraded kitchen. The rent was reasonably more than the surrounding apartments. I attempted to view the apartment, but was told by Emily that the unit's carpet were getting cleaned and is still being prepared for showings. I had already applied for the unit and was just wanting to make sure everything was as advertised. After 3 weeks I was finally contacted with my approval and was told I could view the apartment Friday before signing the lease/moving in that weekend. Friday arrived and I clearly stated that I would be arriving after work to view the apartment and sign the lease. Upon arriving Emily stated I could not view the apartment because of how late in the day it was. Out of frustration I agreed to sign the lease and asked to discuss any issues that I may have following my inspection of the unit. I IMMEDIATELY NOTICED THAT THE UNIT DID NOT HAVE AN UPGRADED KITCHEN AND THE CARPETS WERE NOT CLEANED. (STAINS, DEBRIS, AND A NEEDLE WERE FOUND) We have attempted to contact Emily via email and phone 10+ times over the two months we have lived here. Each time we have been blown off. Stating that the office is busy or she'll look into the issue/have maintenance call. THESE ISSUES HAVE YET TO BE RESPONSED TO. DO NOT RENT HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. **Update** After a several months of no communication. I received an email asking about a survey. I submitted one and then decided to call. I was met with a new voice and discovered that the employee who I had previously been dealing with, had been let go. I was given $200 and the opportunity to have the carpet cleaned. I wish I had this type of service initially, but I am happy to some type of resolution.

I have lived here for a year and a half and have several different mixed feelings about my experience. I love working with the staff. They are always fantastic! I feel like they are overworked and underpaid. Maintenance requests are usually handled right away. There have been a few exceptions, but even still, the few things only took a couple days at most. Denny, Don, Ray, McKenzie, Linsday are really awesome people. If I didn't mention you, it's because I don't know you yet perhaps. Here's the list of things I do like about it. Location is nice. apartment has some nice amenities. Most of the residents that I've gotten to know are somewhat friendly, but I feel like it can be hard to connect with some, which is more of a general comment that doesn't have to do with the apartment complex, but maybe if there were some community boards for things, that could be cool. Here's the list of things I don't like. I felt like I was going to get more out of the amenities promised than what was delivered. You get charged every month for having a locker in the weight room that theoretically allows you to ship packages to the apartment complex and have them be in a safe place where they can't be stolen. That's a great idea; however, this has never worked, so why have I been charged for it? One thing i notice is that most people don't sign another lease. I understand some people move out because they are doing different things with their life, but everyone I talk to complains about a few things. Like I know people are generally negative, looking for a problem, but that's not really the people I normally talk to. Laundry, the dryers don't dry your clothes in one cycle. I definitely don't overload it either, the one in my section just isn't effective. The community room/ game room. It is never open at a time that someone who works can use it. They mentioned that it got shut down during covid. It is open M10-6 T9-6 W9-6 Thursday 10-6 F9-6 Sat 10-5 Sun closed Saturday is the one day that people could actually use it. What a beautiful facility that never gets used. The reason it never gets used is because people work m-f when it is open. Probably the most appealing feature on campus that never is open at a convenient time. Kids are at school, and adults are at work. As a person who lives here, we should have a card key to get in. Then no one needs to open it for us, and people not associated can't get in either. That's how every apartment complex I've seen works. but not this one. With my new lease, there were more fees that were tacked on that were not mentioned to me. Sewage, different random stuff. Also my rent went up before those additional fees, which is okay, but I kinda figured that would cover those fees. It's around $1000/ a month with those added fees. There used to be a business center, but they closed that. Pretty much everything that brought me in to this place is either very inconvenient to use, or has been taken away. The apartment I am in is pretty old, and could be updated, but everything is functional, so that's not really an issue at all. Overall, I think the place is decent, but for the cost, I think there are a lot of better options. The amenities are great, but you can't really use any of them as you might expect when taking a tour. As far as a company goes, they were bought out last year, and that transition has caused prices to go up, and different things to become less convenient for sure. For a while, you had to book an appointment to talk to someone and it is harder to find the info for maintenance requests and what not. I kinda feel bad for the workers here. They are awesome! but i feel like the lack of common sense that the owners have with their technology systems and just changing things on the residents would create a lot of frustrations for the residents that now the workers have to deal with when in fact it is the companies fault for making the enjoyment of living here decline. I also have been charged several times for my autopay not going through, which wasn't my fault.
