        DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! My furnace went out and found out it only needed some cleaning but they never cleaned the air intake (which is a standard thing) which caused my furnace to go out again and they charged me an extra $300 to have some else come out just to clean it right, it was a complete joke

      I am sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience with us. As I explained when we discussed your invoice the first time you called, tech came the same day for the furnace issue. It was not giving a code indicating a failure and tech was unable to find an issue. The tech went through the common issues we check for and found nothing that would cause an intermittent failure, Gas pressure, pressure switches, and combustion analyzer test all passed. When you called us back and tech again came the same day and addressed the code it gave for a plugged intake and once that was fixed the furnace was working with no issues. Unfortunately, the tech did have to drive 20 minutes each way to get the tool for cleaning the intake
