        Management asked for Service Animal Certification/Identification whereby law theyre not allowed to, when told that its a law by the ADA, Management tried to charge a deposit, whereby law theyre prohibited from doing so. Cancelled my reservation and went elsewhere where Management understand ADA procedures.

        Didn't like the exhaust coming in the room they have workers staying there and back there trucks in and start them and leave them running in the morning
