Clean and in good repair but overpriced for what was received. Breakfast left much to be desired; waffles were the only hot item. No luggage cart but they could offer a 'hand-truck.' We travel often weekly for business and this place is off the list to be considered in the future for local visits. Priced at a metro rate for only modest consideration. Food & drinks: Pretty much a cold breakfast save for the typical waffles.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. I was traveling with a coworker for a business meeting and the hotel worked well for that. My coworker had an issue with the tv remote in his room, but other than that it was an easy stay. Breakfast was limited with waffles, fruit, cereal, basic stuff, but I knew that before staying. Great local coffee shop had an awesome hot breakfast selection. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Room was clean and adequate except for noise. I was put in a room next to ice maker, pop machine and laundry. Also had really loud neighbors and floorsqueaked above us terribly. Please before you put anyone else in that room get it sound proofed. In the meantime only use this as your last possible room to use. Second night tried to sedate myself, people chatted by pop machine late at night. Could you add signage to ask people to be quite in hallways. People shouldn't have to be told , but
