        I have a personal trainer, Jace, who is awesome! When I can't do more, he listens. When I can do more, he listens. He works with my deficits and quirks. He always has an encouraging word as well as being very personable. I couldn't ask for a better coach. I havent been in a gym in over 10 years. Jace makes me want to keep coming back. Thank you!!         Anytime fitness in Carroll is fantastic, Cody was very helpful in explaining to me what the club offers and I had my first training session with Jace, he is very supportive and encouraging, explains all the exercises very well, they both have been very helpful with any questions or concerns I have had, I highly recommend
