        Amber was amazingly helpful! I switched to TMobile two weeks ago and have been having issues with text messages coming from my old provider. I have two tickets open with tech support. I stopped in the store and Amber knew exactly what I needed to do and even gave me a note to write down what I needed the old provider to do. Thank you Amber!

        Woke corporate diversity hires with no motivation or knowledge of their job whatsoever. Not one of them knew how to print a UPS label for a warranty return box. Very basic task. took 40mins. i was the ONLY one there with 4 employees the entire time. pathetic.
