        I've had them for a little over 2 years now and haven't had an issue. Recently i had my garbage can taken by someone who decided they needed it more than myself. I called and the person who answered the phone was understanding and did bring up there were kids out terrorizing during xmas break and did suggest i looked for it nearby but if unable to locate it then they would bring a new one. True to their word i couldn't locate it but they brought a new ine the next trash day. The only nit picking complaint i could have is i wish they could've brought it before trash pick up so i didnt go a week without trash pickup, but it still worked out just fine
