        This guy is an idiot and needs to learn to work.

        Customer service leaves ALOT to be desired. No one at front desk. The shop door was open, so we asked for service. The guy who came in was smoking, didnt ask if we were okay with it or anything. I have asthma, so that made it difficult to breathe. We did an inspection. The price was okay, but they didnt seem very professional about anything.

        Awful experience, I made an appointment twice and they were closed when I get there!!!! DO NOT make an appointment and make us drive from Ames and close the shop before the appointment!!! Thai so unacceptable
