        Have rented from this organization for years. Competitive prices. Easy to work with. The property management team works hard to please their customers. They are giving kind people who give back to this community ten fold!

        The 2nd star is only for their staff personel example their property management team secretary/maintenance crew(not the mcknights themselves) just the people who work for them and all they have to accommodate to follow there orders.)Renting from them is awful, they violated there end of the lease, try to overcharge on utilities and blame you for this when bringing it up to them. They also come right up to your step and take your personal belongings as well, in a very sneaky manor might I add(our doorbell camera caught this happening this morning. Dee speaks to tenants in a very patronizing way that is absolutely unacceptable on a professional level. Should definitely work on communication skills.. Wish I hasn't leased with them but it was a last minute and only option. Can't wait to be out and done with them completely. I'm only giving a fair answer honest review here from my experience. Hopefully everyone else who rents from them in the future has a much better experience and is treated well. Don't let them pull one over on you as they definitely will. Hope this is helpful to anyone who reads these reviews

      We have no record of working with Mr. Allie except for an inquiry for an apartment. When we reached out to him directing him to our website to view our tenant qualifiers regarding minimum income and criminal background checks, he did not respond back.

      Sorry to hear Sara was unhappy with us. It's been nearly two years that she was with us. Records indicate our communications were good during her stay, maintenance issues dealt with in a timely fashion and her total deposit was returned. She offered up no complaints during her stay.       Colby, It is a violation of your lease to allow trash to accumulate around your doors and in the yard. You were given notice the trash was going to be removed. You chased us off the first day saying you were were going to remove it that day. We told you we would be returning the following day. We returned the following day and removed the trash. Your neighbors are most appreciative of our actions.We are in agreement that we should never have done business with each other and that parting company is in the best interest of all parties.
