7.2.23 update: same nonsense but now it's questionably malicious. Went in store vs delivery to give them a better chance. Upon ordering thick crust pizza after putting in the order was told by the returning server they were out of the deep dish crust, would I like the regular. Said no thanks, id finish my beer then head out. Server responded with my appetizer was already started.(keep in mind I had also just been told the kitchen was behind and slow today so food might be a while and it took 30 minutes to deliver the appetizer) but I said okay cut the pizza I'll take the app/beer then leave. Few minutes later I was told dough had been found so my order could be made, and I thanked them for looking for it. Nevermind the eventually delivered, soggy cold nachos and 2 of 3 pizza rolls that had unraveled with it's cheese on the plate with no pepperoni's; the pizza came out no garnish, cheese burnt, half the cheese sloughed so it looked like vomit, and soggy crust. When I took a bite I realized they had lied, it wasn't deep dish, it was an extra thick ale crust they tried to cook like a deep dish, such dishonesty. (Pre 7.22.23) Update: gave them another go because I love the franchise. This place sadly gets worse everytime I order her. Previous review:Growing up this was where my family would celebrate my parents paydays and I would ask for bday parties food be picked up from. Over the years this place has gotten worse and worse. The last 6 months I haven't had a single good experience, especially in regards to crust, no salt, wrong kind, undercooked. Only an entire childhood of celebrations, old Chicago in my college towns/1st job which I celebrate elections with, keep me hoping this place only had a bad night. My pizza tonight wasn't cut... Okay human mistake. After I had to cut it a good 40% of the interior of the crust was still raw. After cutting it and pulling a slice away it tore into 3 different pieces as the crust was so raw. Whatever happened approximately 2012 this place has become a worthless restaurant and I have actually been close to praying that cooperate revokes the franchise from whoever owns it because they're horrible managers.

Went there first of the month. Six p.m. Poorly staffed. Took one full hour to get our pizza. They were out of patron tequila. Out of thin crust pizza. Waitress forgot to bring our salad and we finally got the attention of a different waitress to bring us one. They did comp a diet coke for the inconvenience.

Pickup time for take orders is absolutely insane. Wait staff is rude had to call from the lobby for assistance bc they just kept walking past!
