I am both saddened and appalled by the unprofessional service (or lack of services I should say) I received from Dr. Nicole Brokloff today. After Receiving excellent care from Genesis and Dr. Afsana Abdullah for years it is clear the physician I saw today is not up to typical standard for Genesis. After asking Dr, Brokloff's medical assistant Jada a simple question as to why we could not combine an appoint I was having for headaches along with my yearly exam (as I was just seen two weeks prior) Dr. Brokoff stormed in the room, slammed her laptop, down and told me if I was unhappy with her care to just leave and find another physician. She stated I had to be seen at separate appointments for my headaches because the last appointment consisted of a complete neuro exam. Mind you this "complete" neuro exam consisted of me following her finger with my eyes and touching my head all of which took about a minute and thirty seconds. Thank goodness for the wonderful administrative assistant Lisa who could tell I was in shambles after being treated so terribly by a provider I trusted to care for my health and was able to direct me to a clinic supervisor. It is my true hope that there are serious reprimands for this physician and that she is no longer allowed to treat patients the way I was treated today that trust her to care them. I trust Genesis will do the right thing and rectify this situation but this was the worst healthcare experience I have had in my entire life.

A bit of a wait to get in but have patience for the Dr. they are very professional and doing their best just like we all are. Felt like I was in good hands for once. Thank you for the professional service.

Terrible new patient experience today. Dr was great but I was left to wait in the room for 35 min after getting my 6 month scheduled. The girl who scheduled me back mentioned some previous lab work, walked out & shut the door & never let me know I could leave or was free to go.

Extremely happy with the overall care my father received in the emergency room. I had some growing concerns regarding his neurological state. His nurse Brittany and I want to say Dr. Weltz (?) Were thorough and did a fantastic job with his workup. They validated my concerns and are getting him admitted to Genesis East for more care. Receptionist, a second nurse for labwork and EKG, rad tech for his chest x-ray, and the CT tech were all wonderful. My dad lives alone with chronic health issues, I am a new full-time mom, and live 90 minutes away. I am able to take more comfort knowing that he has access to great care literally 30 seconds from his home. Thank you.
