Poor quality bat work. Failure to return calls, failure to honor a warrenty sold. When asked to supply wild life control license and technician certification numbers, never heard back. They might do great work when it comes to insulation, do not use them for wildlife control. At this point, why would I call you again? I'm tempted to add photos of your "work" but I not keen on having photos of my house associated with your company and trust me, I'm telling everyone I come across to to not use you and I know alot of people around town. Stick to insulation. Let the professionals handle the wildlife services. Who are you licensed under? I couldn't find it listed from the DNR site under Summit Services in the state of Iowa? At this point, im debating on calling it in. I texted your wife, like the website says I can to see if I could get a quick response that way, surprise, still waiting to hear back, again. In Iowa, if money has exchanged hands, you are required to be licensed and certified by the State. And since you didn't answer the calls or emails, it's past the point of you bring able to do anything anyway, as the bats have started hibernating and I'd have to wait till spring at the earliest for you to even attempt to honor your warranty. Bat tubes are still installed. They haven't come back to get their equipment.

Our 1950's home had poor insulation throughout the exterior walls and attic. We contacted Summit Services (Nick and his wife Hillary), and they were even surprised at how bad it was. Our master bedroom, which is exposed on 3 of the 4 walls to the exterior, remained 15' cooler than the rest of the house in the winter (57' almost all winter long)! Since getting the insulation redone throughout the entire home, we were down $60 in our first energy bill, and it was a HOT month. We had a small hiccup with some pests getting into a newly insulated spot, and Nick came back out on a weekend, free of charge, to fix things up again and make sure it wouldn't happen again. I wish all contracting services were as professional, responsive, and honest as Nick and Hillary.
