        I've been there several times. After my most recent visit, I'll never return. Their stylists rush you in and out as quickly as possible, resulting in sloppy work. My last haircut was so uneven that I just shaved my head practically bald to fix their screw-ups. I have gotten decent cuts there in the past, but I've also had several that were not. It seems the corporate policies imposed on their stylists for productivity create most of the problems. They also seem to hire a large proportion of inexperienced help. I'm done paying for a substandard haircut. Beware!

        I believe the lady that cut my hair today was Jill at the duck creek location . She did awesome on my haircut. She was very professional and got me in and out of there in a timely manner. Thank you!
