9Round Kickboxing Fitness

I joined 9 Round, Bettendorf location just over a month ago! It has been one of most motivating workouts I've ever done! It's easy to go at YOUR own pace and still get an excellent workout in 30 min, start to finish!!! Huge variety of exercises! The staff is fabulously friendly, encouraging and very knowledgeable!!!! The Bettendorf location is so convenient and the cleanest gym EVER!!!

I joined 9Round approximately a month ago. Kickboxing has been a sport I've wanted to try for years and when I moved to town, I was excited to find this as an option. The 24/7 format offers all the flexibility you could want for access, while the trainer hours were really helpful for the first few weeks. I appreciated getting suggestions of how to navigate through the recommended movements initially and when I experienced a little shoulder strain in my first few sessions, the trainers were able to help me make sure that my punches were supported by my full body movement, and not isolated to my arm and shoulder, which resolved the strain. I've felt myself getting stronger already and with the jump rope and other activities, I'm getting some cardio as well as! It doesn't have that gym feel that's always prevented me from exercising regularly before. Altogether, well worth the price of admission!

Great workout! Awesome staff! 24/7 access! I love the atmosphere and the daily workouts are never the same.

9Round is the kind of workout I look forward to each day & it makes it easy to workout whenever having 24/7 access! The trainers are always so helpful & motivating! Im so happy I found this place!
