Had my first appointment at AAA Court Family Dental this past week. Couldnt be more pleased with the service, professionalism, friendliness beginning at front desk, to cleaning (thanks Maddie you rocked it) and ending with Dr Ben Selden. He was caring, answered questions, took the time with concerns and refreshing that he has more of a conservative approach which is greatly appreciated in a dental world that can be profit driven. Smiling when I left and pleased that I have found a perfect fit! Thanks so much!

Terrible front desk staff! Called to be a new patient, set up an appointment and had my old dentist in a different city email them my records--which were sent within 15 min of setting up the appointment. I told them when I called my married and maiden name just incase my old records were sent with my maiden name since I just got married a month ago. So I show up to my appointment for a filling and 1) they "cant find" my records 2) they are RUDE and 3) when I asked why they didnt call me to let me know they couldn't find my records (which they later found). Irresponsible, rude office staff on my first visit. If your office staff can't be responsible, I would hate to see what it would be like to have a full visit with the dentist himself!
