i hesitate to give them a 1 star, since the haircut was good, but mary colored my hair and i asked for a warm color and got a very dark red, maroon. i called and asked if she could maybe throw in a few highlights to lighten it up and she said yes and gave me an appt. upon arriving, she sat me down in the chair snd in front of other customers and staff, proceeded to tell me that we dont communicate well, (i was only there the one time) therefore we werent a "good fit". and then said heres the money back for the color, good luck. this was very unprofessional and rude! i am 73 years old and i have Never been treated so rudely in a salon!!!!!!! so beware! Maybe choose another stylist but not her!

It started off very good, and I was very excited for my Brazilian blowout. It's supposed to last up to twelve weeks, but in the first two, I noticed it wasn't holding. I called and told them and we made an appointment. I was unable to make the appointment due to work and had to reschedule for the next week. Which put me at 4 weeks after the hair treatment. Upon arriving to the appointment she sat me down and told me she was unable to redo my hair treatment, since it was past 4 weeks and it was a waste of money and time. So instead of telling me this from the get-go, they let me drive all the way over there, for some free shampoo and conditioner and a little bit of thinning. Which is not what I asked for nor what I wanted. Not happy about this. At all.
