very upset that he was getting charged another $300 because he dropped it off to the wrong location.
At 7 p.m., when we dropped off the u haul. There was nobody there. There were no obvious numbers to call & the # we did have no one was picking up. For 45 minutes, we tried to get ahold of someone. Finally, someone picked up! When the lady asked what time we got there? My husband said 7- 7:05pm (my husband's watch is 7 minutes ahead)
After waiting 45 minutes on them, they wanted to charge us an extra $$$ if we were 5 minutes late! I see how their able to afford their new storage unit & facility in Ankeny!
Ask where & when & who will be available at said location for you to drop it off! We got no specific instructions! I wonder how many people have to pay extra cash because of Uhauls' negligence?
