        Have used the service in years past without any issues. This year however, the level of service is very poor. We have scheduled two different appointments a week apart, but still have not gotten our taxes done. We come in at the scheduled times and are told well have to wait an hour or more. We dropped off our tax documents early prior to the first appointment and never hear anything back from them. We show up for the first appointment and are told it will be a few hours wait. We tell them to call us when theyre ready and never hear anything back. We reschedule for the following week and then are told well have to wait an hour or more. Will not be coming back, not for the price and the terrible customer service. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and utter lack of any customer service.
