        I enjoy Pancheros buy this location was the worse so far. It was ok just ingredients were poorly portioned causing the burrito to be watery

        I bought food at 7:30 pm today, April 5th. The employees were extremely rude and do not take the necessary sanitary precautions when it comes to food. I was mocked by a shorter Hispanic employee because I could not hear him when he asked me a question. He then laughed with another female employee and she proceeded to toss my food at me. I was extremely nice and asked him to repeat the question, but I just got laughed at. I am purely disgusted and will never be coming back again.

        Burrito fell apart after one bite employees seemed disinterested in making the burrito or serving me despite me being one of the only customers there do not go here unless you want to be disappointed West Des Moines worth the drive

        Hard pass. Trays are a mess, so much so I ordered my tofu burrito and there were chunks of the steak from the tray next to it mixed in. Not really a vegetarian option when you add meat lol. Honestly it was a hot mess in there. save yourself and go to WDM
