They bill only once a month. They don’t communicate this. By the first bill I was already past due. I started paying on the balance. However I was really paying for day of service. Which was not communicated and I found out when I received the next bill. This is why people don’t seek therapy. Another financial burden. I will take full responsibility for not talking and finding out from my insurance sooner than when I did. However talking to the company there was no compassion or understanding or acceptance of miscommunication. A free therapy provided by our school did more than the therapist working with our child. After a call with Mike I tried and call to talk to Betsy. Instead of being able to talk to Betsy I just got cold transferred to Mike and he then called back. So disappointing in people who are suppose to help! Highly recommend checking your schools outside therapy source.!

Kind and compassionate staff and amazing therapists. Been going here for years and they have helped me understand myself so much more.
