    I had attic solutions remove and replace all the insulation in my attic. The men who came to do the work, Mike and Don were courteous and professional in their interactions. The price was fair and the work complete. I would not hesitate to call them in the future if need arises.

    Matthew was great to work with, super nice on the phone and explained everything very well. They did the insulation work and the only problem we ran into was the kitchen vent (which was open at the time because we are replacing the microwave) In the attic the vent wasn't properly installed and was pretty much just a hole into the attic, so they didn't see it when adding insulation. They were very apologetic and cleaned up the mess. The guy doing the insulation work said it was a little out of their scope of work and would need parts they didn't have and something they don't do. However, he was nice enough to go out of his way after his last job of the day and pick up the parts, and come back and he installed the vent and hose. Now that is great customer service!

    Called to schedule an estimate to get an attic insulation completed. They called, schedule their inspection, but never called back or provided their estimate. I followed up with a phone call and the gentleman confirmed my email address and stated he would send to me by the end of the day. Two weeks later, nothing was sent or received. The attic was already cleaned out, and sanitized, by the roofing company that just replaced our new roof. However, this company never responded. I guess trying to pick a local company to do business doesn't always equal great customer service. Received a follow phone call from the owner Matt, we talked about the issue; however, the owner was more concerned about the one star review and asked that I ho back and read the review response. In final, Matt, the owner stated he was glad I was not one of his customer and got upset we I advised him I'll just go and update the review stating what we just talked about. Would not recommend this company due to the customer service and not be a reliable company. Save your money, the trouble and look for a more legitimate business. After reading the updated reply this is not a "troll" of your business and no we did not have the insulation work done until we never heard back from your company. I'm not sure what the misunderstanding is about if no one called or sent me an estimate after the gentleman was at our home, took the pictures on the iPad and stated the owner does the estimates. So, your company had the pictures as proof the work was not done. Since you called me, didn't leave a vm, I returned the phone call. But as you stated, your were glad I was not your customer. So, again it's your business, run it as you wish, I will spend my money on other local businesses that are willing to provide better customer service. Again, customers just need to be aware. While you could always confirm by the pictures taken that the work was not done until after no response from your company. And that's okay, you have a right to do business with whom you wish. But as you stated your glad I was not your customer. So, we don't need your business. But if you as an owner want to make excuse of me of having the work done way before, I will be more than happy to provide you the receipt of the other company that came out after. In addition you can refer to the pictures W.L. took the day he was at our house. This is not another company that is trying to discredit you, I think your doing this to your self. Please let me know if you need me to post the copy of my receipt and or send to you. I will be more than happy to do so.

    From start to finish Matt and each of his crew members exemplified professionalism and integrity. I contacted Attic Solutions about some spots that appeared on our upstairs ceiling and after some ice spots had appeared in the ceiling corners during a cold snap this winter.Logan provided a thorough inspection and explained everything he was doing and what he discovered. The estimate came back quickly and was within my price expectations for the job. We accepted the bid and were able to get on the schedule fairly quickly.When the work crew showed up they were polite, respectful, and hard-working. They explained what they were doing and asked if we had any questions they could answer. They fixed the issue in our attic and brought the insulation level back up to where it should be. When they were finished they cleaned up after themselves, collected a check from us, and were on their way.I'm pleased with their work they did and am looking forward to not dealing with any more ceiling issues and to a hopefully lower energy bill thanks to the added insulation.

image Matthew was great to work with, super nice on the phone and explained everything very well. They did the insulation work and the only problem we ran into was the kitchen vent (which was open at the time because we are replacing the microwave) In the attic the vent wasn't properly installed and was pretty much just a hole into the attic, so they didn't see it when adding insulation. They were very apologetic and cleaned up the mess. The guy doing the insulation work said it was a little out of their scope of work and would need parts they didn't have and something they don't do. However, he was nice enough to go out of his way after his last job of the day and pick up the parts, and come back and he installed the vent and hose. Now that is great customer service!

I attempted to pull a customer record for you by searching the swt 123 in our system, and found multiple files with similar letters and numbers. However, they all show they have been processed.
We are a small family business, so during our busy time it is possible for us to have made a mistake during the estimation process. I am sorry if we let your project slip through the cracks.
