I have been trying to get an answer for 2 years about the rollers on the over/under having a life span of 6-8 months with no reply. And now you have not sent me over $700 worth of unistrut I ordered and I'm am being ignored again. 10 foot pieces of unistrut and your answer is it's not 10 foot until we put it together. After their frist excuse that it was packaged in the pallet that was 4foot long. Customer service is really going down hill and makes me not to use you any more. Y'all need to figure it out.
